It has been said laughter is the best medicine. As years pass by the human being laughs less often. Research shows that kids laugh up to 500 times a day while an adult laughs 12-15 times a day. This is a wide margin, don’t you think?
As we grow older, we have so much to think about and be responsible such as bills, work, and many other stresses. These leads us to accumulate so much tension which could lead to depression.

It is a new year and I bet most people have resolutions to live up to this year. One of the most common New Year’s resolution is to keep fit or lose weight. Gyms and recreation centers have many subscriptions this month, which is definitely good for both the subscribers and trainers.
Here is a guide to get you started.
Do not wait for Monday or the weekend or for something to happen. Start now.
2.)Have a plan
Bring your plan with you. What are you doing at what time?
3.)Write your plan down
Make sure you have your focus right by putting your plan on most of your visible points. For example; your phone, fridge
4.)Take baby steps
Start slow and as you proceed put in more effort day after day. You do not expect to lose over 20 kilos in a day. Keep the ball rolling and do not give up.
Once you start, you have some withdrawal symptoms from the healthy foods and exercise. Keep moving forward and don’t give up.
On eating foods, does eating less really make your stomach shrink?

However, this does not mean that you should skip meals but eat the right portions. Skipping meals will lead to weight gain rather than weight loss.

It has been a year and a couple of months into blogging. Being sort of a ‘newbie’, I have had to learn lots of stuff here and there. It has been a journey of ups and downs.
