I know it has been a while since we had this amazing column. Good news it that its back.
We all have goals in our lives. Knowing exactly where you want to be and what to get there is half of it. The difference is not that we are wired differently. But what are you doing to achieve your goal?
Lastly, I will end the post with a quote:
“Having an aim is the key to achieving your best.” – Henry J. Kaiser
Fly away to your achieve your goals.
Anything that anyone can do, I can do it too.
Nothing in this world is impossible. You are beyond the impossible. What has been done earlier, can be done better. There is always room for improvement. Look at the evolution of the electric bulb and other innovations done in the 19th century and even the 18th century. People have improved on them and change the world. That which has not been done is waiting to be done or discover by someone else. Why not do it yourself? Take the leap of faith and do it.
What is hindering you from your success is you. Every is an opportunity but what makes the difference is what you get or make of it.
Reach out and Grasp the opportunity.
I don’t write poems, neither have I done any. I was looking back at how my week has beenand this came up in my mind.
She opens her eyes,
All she saw was the screaming dark black
She gusped for air, the cold air
Panick mode was on,
Her heartbeat ran away from the darkness,
It was over, no where to go or hide.
Little cracks and the light comes in,
Dawn has come.
I would like to end the post with a quote:
Sometimes when you’re in a dark place you think you’ve been buried. but actually you been planted. by Christine Caine
I hope you enjoyed the poem.

Life is too short to be unhappy. Focus on the positive things of life. Take baby steps towards your dream. Some steps may make you fall to your feet; this does not mean that you stay on the ground and gave up. Get up, dust yourself and make a step forward. everyday is a day to change, make use of it and be happy.
You either stay on the ground or get up and move. I will end this post with a quote:
“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.”
The elections are over, the president is known. Now what’s next; is the question.
Many are worried about what tomorrow holds with the new regime and the results that are yet to come. One thing that is clear is that things don’t always have to turnout the way we want or expect them to.
Here are some things to take home;
- The anxiety will pass
- There is always something good in the oven.
- And lastly, life is too short to be worried of things you have no control over.
- Instead of worrying; spend some time in making some adjustments and be happy.
It has been a year and a couple of months into blogging. Being sort of a ‘newbie’, I have had to learn lots of stuff here and there. It has been a journey of ups and downs. And in this journey I am glad that my posts have touched many and many have also enjoyed. I would also like to appreciate all people who have taken time to advise me on some stuff: both on blogging and living life.
My eyes are on the journey; to enjoy and learn. I am Unfinished I am work in progress.I am glad that my voice matters. Before I say goodbye, here is a quote:
“I’m inspired by so many blogs and the people behind them. I now have a voice.” — Annette’s Place
